The proposed regulations for LMHCs  to 262 CMR 2.00, 3.00, and 8.00 are now available. The Massachusetts Secretary of State has also posted a Notice of Public Hearing for the proposed regulations.

The testimony and hearing for the proposed regulations is September 19th, 2025 from 10AM to 11AM. Currently, the proposed regulations are open for public comment in the form of written testimony. If you would like to submit a comment, please review the process outlined on the Notice of Public Hearing.
