Ethical standards can be confusing and cumbersome. Yet reviewing them on a regular basis has benefits, including discounts of Professional Liability Insurance premiums. Join Jenn Hurley, LMHC, MCCS for a review of the 262 CMR (Code of Massachusetts Regulations) Section 8 SPECIFICALLY as it pertains to LMHCs. This class reviews each section of the 262 CMR Section 8 and provides a space for discussion and clarifications of the standards required of us here in Massachusetts. 

About our presenter: Jenn Hurley, LMHC, MCCS

Jenn has served on the board at MaMHCA for over 10 years, and currently is the membership chair and is on the staff as the Director of the MaMHCA Institute. Jenn teaches ethics and professional issues as ongoing educational offerings at MaMHCA as well as at the graduate level.
