Supervision Elective: The Stuff No One Talks About
This is a Virtual Workshop on ZOOM. Pre Registration is required.
Description:
We bring the deepest and most intimate parts of ourselves to this work. Graduate school has all the buzz words for supervision but doesn’t talk about the important things, crying in session with a client, feelings of frustration, social media and , using humor to heal, and using our own therapy. This workshop will focus on using our therapist skills to create the same safe and authentic space in clinical supervision while still holding supervises accountable.
Objectives: Participants will explore coaching supervisees through therapeutic tools, review person centered approaches to supervision, and access tangible tools to use in supervision.
About the Presenter: Kelli Fowle, LICSW
Kellie owns a group practice and provides consultation to provisional licensees. She has a certification in supervision and post-graduate training from the Providers Council, and in play therapy. Kellie is a presenter at Advocacy Con, an organization that supports families of the murdered and missing. Welcome Kelli!
