  • The focus will be on the unique relational challenges faced by incarcerated individuals and their families. The session will offer insights into theoretical frameworks and methodologies that help understand these complex, under explored relationships and the specific issues they face.
  • Our Presenter:

Our Presenter: Dr. Eman Tadros is an advanced Assistant Professor at Syracuse University in the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She is the Assistant Editor for the journal Child: Care, Health and Development. Her research focuses on incarcerated couples and families, dating and relationships, and culturally informed treatment. She has given over 100 presentations, published 150 peer reviewed journal articles as well as various magazines, blog posts, book chapters, op-eds, and policy briefs.
