In this next discussion, we will talk about microaggressions in the workplace & how to address them. An exploration of social locators & how they can be a proactive tool in preventing or reducing microagressions will be on the schedule.  And we will continue to develop ways in which MaMHCA can support BIPOC clinicians or those otherwise different from 'mainstream' clinicians. 

Let’s come together to continue to focus on how MAMHCA can lead change in this area and support linguistic and cultural sensitivity and equality across the State of Massachusetts.
