The Sounds we make, the sounds we are, affect us at every level, from our molecular structure to our thoughts, emotions, and sense of self. We tune ourselves as instruments through our vocal expression - humming that brightenes our minds, sighs of relaxation, cries of ecstacy or wails of grief - serve to connect our innermost feelings with the outer world. Purposefully accessing this sound-language that lies beneath ordinary speech sparks a synthesis of our outworn stories with new ones of awakened consciousness, creativity an joy.
Creative Resonance work increases awareness and agency at personal and professional levels through sound, movement, silence and mindfulness practices. This expressive training is designed to provide therapeutic skills, deepened understanding and transformational change experience in a safe setting.
