This clinic is specifically designed to provide information for Contract, Agency and Program supervisors or directors on the correct way to complete the Application for LMHC. Students and post-Grad clinicians working toward licensure are stressed about the lack of knowledge those who are supposed to be guiding them [supervisors] have about this process. Decrease everyone's anxiety. [Please bring a laptop or USB drive with you, so you can experiment with some of the electronic handouts.]

Through case studies, experiential exercises and activities, and laughter, we will explore Transference in all forms, identify “what is mine and what is the client’s,” begin the process of safely playing with it all so that the client gets benefit and the therapist doesn’t get tangled in the confusion that often arises. This training will help you begin the process of identifying and playing with T/CT/ST with your clients, turning a challenging person into one you look forward to counseling.
