It is that special time of year again! We are seeking qualified members of MaMHCA who would like to serve on the MaMHCA Board!
Current positions available include:
Secretary- The Secretary shall keep all records of the activities of the Corporation and its Board of Directors in a book or series of books kept for that purpose, which book or books shall be kept within the Commonwealth at the principal office of the corporation.
Treasurer- The Treasurer shall have oversight of all funds of the Corporation and other properties belonging to the Corporation. The Treasurer shall ensure that accurate records are kept and that all funds of the Corporation are deposited according to the responsibilities of 501c.3 accounting. The Treasurer shall also oversee all reports and filings required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Internal Revenue Service, and other governmental agencies.
The Board has recently elected to change the terms of these two positions from 1 to 2 years. For the sake of continuity and consistency on the Board, both the Secretary and Treasurer will be elected on an EVEN calendar year, and the President and President-Elect will be elected on an ODD calendar year.

►Nomination forms should be completed and returned by May 30, 2020 to be considered by the nominating committee to be part of the nomination slate.
