| CE
Registry Service |
| This service helps MaMHCA
members who are LMHCs accurately maintain their CE records. Developed
at the request of many of our members, the CE Registry will maintain
an accurate record of CE activities and appraise you of the status
of your CE file each August. We will prepare a full listing for the
Board in the event that you are audited at license renewal, and also
make your CE records available to employers, MCOs and other entities
at your request. Contact us for information. |

Renewal and Audit Preparation Workshops |
Licensure Renewals due by December 31, 2009.
This is your first, early reminder that December 31, 2009 is license
renewal time for all LMHCs. As in the past, the Division of Professional
Licensure will conduct a random Continuing Education audit of 20%
of all license holders. If you are audited you will have to show
evidence of all your continuing education credits for this license
cycle. LMHCs are required to take 30 hours of Continuing Education
every two-year license cycle. If you have been licensed within this
two-year cycle your CE requirements will be pro-rated. MaMHCA provides
a CE
Registry Service to help individuals organize and maintain their
CE records accurately. Call the MaMHCA office for your CE Registry
Packet and/or for the Continuing Education Guidelines.
