This training is an overview of professional responsibilities for clinical supervision in addictions. It will address supervision as a three fold process in which the supervisor serves as teacher, consultant, and mentor. To that end, we will cover topics such as assessment tools, the stages of change paradigm, modalities of treatment, and special issues confronting the substance abuse supervisor and clinician. This workshop will include lecture and case discussion.
With Jessica Noto, LMHC, CADC-II, LADC-I
Jessica is a LMHC, CADC-II, LADC-I and has worked with patients in detox as well as patients in a short term step down residential program as a primary rehab counselor. Jessica has worked for Adcare outpatient services seeing clients in individual and group therapy. Jessica is currently the Program Manager for AdCare Hospital in Worcester, MA.
